Sush Tech provides state-of-the-art **Investment Casting** solutions (also widely recognized as the traditional lost wax casting system) designed to achieve near-net-shape metal parts with smooth surface finishes and exceptional dimensional tolerances.
This detailed technical setup enables our global manufacturing hubs to supply ultra-complex geometric designs directly eliminating heavy machining costs. By using advanced wax injection machinery and multi-layered robotic ceramic slurry coats, we maintain exceptional repeatability across high-volume industrial arrays.
High-purity wax is injected into custom-tooled metal dies to construct accurate sacrificial patterns, which are then systematically attached onto a central runner tree structure.
The wax assembly tree is repeatedly dipped into a specialized liquid ceramic slurry and layered with fine silica sand coats to produce a robust, refractory hard outer shell mold.
The shell is steam autoclaved upside down to completely melt and remove the wax interior, followed by high-temperature firing at up to 1000°C to harden the hollow ceramic framework.
Molten food-grade steel, stainless iron, or superalloys are poured into the pre-heated shell mold. Once cooled, the ceramic crust is vibrated off to release the solid metal components.
Produces near-perfect net shape profiles with smooth finishes, dramatically eliminating subsequent intensive abrasive machining expenses.
Enables the integration of intricate internal channels, thin walls, and complex shapes that are impossible with standard methods.
Minimizes raw material waste through extremely tight casting accuracy, providing optimal economic viability on superalloys.
Precision-cast gate valve discs and butterfly valve housings requiring zero finish machining, highly robust for chemical processing pipelines.
Closed and open curved fluid impeller units engineered with flawless internal vane structures to optimize pump performance coefficients.
Thin-walled superalloy structural linkages designed to handle high mechanical fatigue barriers under minimal part weights.
