Sush Tech delivers high-integrity **Centrifugal Casting** structural supply assets optimized for hollow, cylindrical components. By using intense rotational G-forces during the fluid solidification timeline, this method guarantees completely uniform grain distribution.
Because centrifugal rotation naturally forces lighter elements, slag impurities, and microscopic gases toward the hollow center bore, the outer diameter retains an ultra-dense, defect-free structure. This structural advantage effectively eliminates directional weakness patterns across critical industrial piping frameworks.
A permanent cylindrical steel die mold is pre-heated, coated with a ceramic thermal barrier, and set spinning at extremely high speeds on a horizontal or vertical axis platform.
Precisely alloyed liquid metal is poured directly into the spinning die cavity. The intense centrifugal force immediately pushes the heavy metal outward against the mold walls.
The metal cools under constant pressure from the outside diameter inward. Impurities and lighter oxides are forced to the inside layer, leaving a dense outer metallurgical structure.
Once cooled and stopped, the cast tube is pulled from the mold. The inner layer, along with any trapped impurities, is machined away to leave a clean interior surface.
The consistent pressure from rotational forces completely eliminates porosity and gas pockets, producing a dense metal structure.
True hollow bores are naturally created by centrifugal forces, bypassing the need for sacrificial sand cores on interior cylindrical profiles.
Offers outstanding mechanical properties and tensile strength, delivering performance similar to forged components.
Alloyed radiant reform heater pipes designed with uniform wall dimensions to survive massive thermal cracking environments.
Wear-resistant engine block sleeve cylinder parts manufactured with stable microstructure parameters to maximize runtime efficiency.
Bi-metal non-ferrous alloy sleeves and industrial bearing bushings designed for seamless operations in heavy machinery fields.
